We have had a full moon recently that perched over the Rock. It was perfect, however my night photography skills are not. I really am going to read up on how to get this shot just right, in time for the next full moon.
What I wanted was the Rock in all its glory, with the moon obscured by it. What I got was the silhouette of the trees at the top of the rock obscuring the bottom of the moon, with a couple of lights in there as well, but that is not how I wanted it exactly, I wanted the detail of the Rock under it. Any tips on getting this shot right would be warmly received!
