Back when my Dad was over in January / February we visited the Moorish castle. The views from the top are amazing. But inside is also pretty spectacular. I love the brickwork and for a while we pondered how many thousands of bricks this structure took to make. This was also a similar train of thought when we looked at the ‘City under Siege’ exhibit. Whilst the waxworks are interesting in how they depict what life was like back in the 1700’s its the building that really caught my eye. Especially the graffiti scratched into the surface… Some of the pictures have possibly been used before on earlier posts, but I just found it quite interesting what you notice when you give things a second look!
